Why our flavours?

Pre-workouts usually have artificial ingredients including artificial food dies and flavours - Instead we have chosen to take a natural approach to pre-workout.

Our flavours have real ingredients—nothing artificial, with inclusion like lemon juice and coconut water powder. Also included are natural sweeteners to stay diet-friendly.

Pineapple-Coconut

Our light and tropical, coconutty blend will be a refreshing addition if you want those holiday vibes in the gym.  This flavour is designed for people who do not like overly sweet products and instead like a more fruit-focused and natural drink. 

Ingredients: Natural Flavours, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Coconut Water Powder, Anticaking Agent (Silicon dioxide), Natural Sweetener (Steviol glycosides), Natural Colouring (Curcumin Extract)

Lemon Crush

Lemon Crush tastes is a natural and balanced flavour for everyday use.  We use real lemon juice powder in this one creating a real refreshing lemon flavour, combined with a little bit of sweetness this one is a top pick.

Ingredients: Natural Flavour, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Lemon Juice Powder, Anticaking Agent (Silicon dioxide), Natural Sweetener (Steviol glycosides).

Creaming Soda

Creaming Soda is sweet and has a heavy vanilla flavour making it super creamy and rich. This flavour is a great choice if you love sweetness and are a fan of classic soft drinks. Furthermore, we have integrated a subtle fizz in this one to best match the real thing.

Ingredients: Natural Flavours, Sodium Bicarbonate, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Natural Colouring (Beetroot Extract), Natural Sweetener (Steviol glycosides).

Vanilla Cola

Vanilla Cola is a go-to classic that combines your favourite cola taste with creamy vanilla hints. This is a refreshing and indulgent choice perfect for everyday drinking! Like our other soda flavours, this one has a subtle fizz to create the best drinking experience.

Ingredients:  Natural Flavours, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Natural Colourings (Beetroot Extract, Butterfly Pea Flower, Curcumin), Natural Sweetener (Steviol glycosides).

A double scoop of our premium pre-workout gives you 20 grams of active ingredients, with 12.5 grams in a single scoop—far more than the 5-10 grams most pre-workouts provide.

While Fuze is positioned at a more premium price point, we are committed to providing you with high-quality ingredients at optimal dosages to fuel your workouts and achieve your goals.

Can I mix the unflavoured pre-workout with other drinks?

The unflavoured base pre-workout has a very neutral flavour profile and can be combined with most drinks without effecting the taste.

Although, we are not liable for any advert effects due to theses combination.

Is there a non-stim (non-caffeinated) version?

Not yet. We will come out with one in the future which will be compatible with all of our flavours.
It will also be compatible with our original pre-workout so you can customised the dosages of active ingredients!

Is it plant-based?

Yes, both pre-workout and flavours are plant-based.

Does it cause itching and tingles like our pre-workouts?

No, we do not have beta-alanine like most other pre-workouts that causes itching and tingles.

Mix 1 or 2 level 15ml scoops of pre-workout with one 5ml scoop of Fuze Flavour.
Both scoops are found within the Pre-workout tub.

Mix with 400ml of water and consume 10-15 minutes prior to exercise. Scoop size is an approximation, we recommend the addition of weight scales.
