Shipping policy
Shipping Costs: Shipping is FREE for any order with a any order over $70 AUD within Australia. Otherwise, shipping is $4.95 AUD for orders under 500g or $7.95 when over 500g. For orders outside of this, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping location.
Shipping Duration: Your order will be processed and dispatched from Brisbane, Australia, within the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. Regular delivery typically takes 3 - 7 business days.
Important Information:
- Once orders leave our warehouse, they become the responsibility of Australia Post. If you've chosen a tracked delivery option, you'll receive tracking information from both us and Australia Post.
- We are not responsible for packages left unattended by Australia Post. After an item is 'delivered' according to our tracking system, contact Australia Post for any delivery-related inquiries.
- Australia Post holds items at the post office for a limited time. If your package is returned to our warehouse after this period, you're responsible for the re-shipping cost.
