Refund Policy

Try any product risk-free. If you're not completely satisfied, you can refund one product per order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order — even if you've opened it.

How to Request a Refund:
Email us at support@fuzesupplements.com with your order number, the requested product for refund and any feedback you may have.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Limit of 1 product per order eligible for refund (e.g., if you order 2x Fuze Pre-Workout +, you can return 1 tub)
  • 200g Creatine Monohydrate is excluded from our money-back guarantee
  • Refunds processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We'd love your feedback so we can improve! 


Fulfillment Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or refund the purchase price. To qualify, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Provide proof of purchase for eligibility.
