Formulation

 

We have used a minimalist approach for this pre-workout including only 7 of the most optimal and effective active ingredients at the most effective dose. Each tub contains 40 scoops.

Clean Energy: Natural Caffeine with L-Theanine delivers sustained energy, strength and endurance boosts for your workouts [1]. The inclusion of L-Theanine found in green tea smooths the energy deliver of caffeine preventing jitters and crashes. Furthermore, it may also allow you to sleep better for evening lifters compared to regular pre-workout.

We designed this pre-workout with 100mg of caffeine in one scoop to provide a sustainable option for everyday use.

Laser Focus: An industry leading dose of Alpha-GPC (600mg) allows for an increase in concentration, mental clarity and performance. Alpha-GPC has been shown to be more effective than Caffeine in increasing athletic performance [2].

Combined with other ingredients like L-Tyrosine ensures you are locked in for your hardest workouts and with 3 times more Alpha-GPC than any of the top 10 pre-workouts in Australia* you are ensured you are getting the best.

Epic Pumps: L-Citrulline boosts nitric oxide [3], improving circulation and blood flow for epic muscle pumps. It also may help to improve recovery due to the increase of nutrients and oxygen to your muscles.

Is there a non-stim (non-caffeinated) version?

Not yet but it is in the works!
It will also be compatible with our original pre-workout so you can customised the dosages of active ingredients!

 

Is it plant-based?

Yes, both pre-workout and flavours are plant-based.

 

Does it cause itching and tingles like our pre-workouts?

No, we do not have beta-alanine like most other pre-workouts that causes itching and tingles.

Directions for Use

Mix 1 or 2 level 15ml scoops of pre-workout with one 5ml scoop of Fuze Flavour.
Both scoops are found within the Pre-workout tub.

Mix with 400ml of water and consume 10-15 minutes prior to exercise. Scoop size is an approximation, we recommend the addition of weight scales.
